Dust Mite Allergy

Do you ever wonder why you are stuffed up every morning, sneezing and wheezing when you wake up?
Dust mite allergy can cause sneezing, wheezing and a runny nose particularly in the morning when you wake up. Or it may trigger wheezing and asthma and particularly heavy breathing or snoring during the night. It can even exacerbate eczema and dermatitis and less usually cause joint pain, swelling of the tissues and muscle aches. One of the reasons it often goes unaddressed is that you become so used to the constant nasal problems that you just think it is normal for you and that you just have to live with it.

You may even feel sure that it is something in your bedroom that is causing your problems but not know where to start or even think that nothing can be done about it. And as the condition often improves as soon as you are up and about you may completely forget about it until you are striken with the symptoms again the following night and morning.

Being allergic to the dust mite can be a real nuisance and make you feel that you are a problem to others in the house disturbing their sleep and leaving you wishing it would just go away. The good news is that if you are allergic to dust mites there really is a lot you can do to improve your condition and you may find that the morning sneezes are a thing of the past.
