For added security the cotton terry pillow case and mattress cases are both dust mite proof and waterproof. These covers will protect the occupant from dust mite allergens and protect the mattress and pillow from spills and accidents. The mattress case is not a complete barrier case but is like a fitted sheet. This allows for ease of changing the bed. For full mattress protection we recommend a dust mite proof mattress case that completely encases the mattress. The cotton terry fitted sheets are ideal for protection away from home.
