Although many people prefer not to wear a mask sometimes it can be a lifesaver, particularly if you suffer from cold weather induced asthma. It is made of lovely thick, soft grey fleece on the outside with a pure silk lining protecting your lungs from the cold winter air. Our other masks can also be really useful for particles or for chemical triggers.
