The new Airbutler Andrew is a highly effective wearable ioniser and air purifier that uses corona discharge to kill and control airborne particles, germs and odours. You can enjoy clean fresh air wherever you are and whenever you want it. The Andrew instantly and continuously repels airborne particles (house dust, pollen and pet dander as well as bacteria and viruses). This is particularly beneficial during the hay fever season and when you are in confined spaces such as waiting rooms, cinemas, offices or in the supermarket. Use the adjustable cord to place the Andrew 20cm from your mouth where environmental allergens are reduced by 45.5%.
The Airbutler Andrew measures 11x8.1x2.7cm and weighs 110g. The ozone output is <0.02ppm. When plugged into the mains the power consumption is 0.8w. Airbutler Andrew uses 4 x AAA batteries, which we supply with the unit. When the red light on the unit flashes, it means the batteries are getting low. The pack also contains an adapter, which allows you to plug the unit in to the mains for use while you are sitting in one place, working or while watching television. We do not, however, recommend that you wear the Andrew while it is plugged into the mains. If you can position it close enough beside you the electrical fields will be negligible. Airbutler Andrew is silent in use.
