This material is amazingly cool and comfortable and can be worn discreetly underneath you normal socks or compression socks.

DermaSilk is far superior to cotton in this respect as it can retain 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling damp. If your skin’s moisture balance is maintained it is more stretchy and less likely to crack. 

The sock’s material is also extremely breathable, allowing any damaged skin to heal quickly. This helps to break the itch-scratch cycle allowing skin to become healthy.

For addition protection the sock’s material has been bonded with a antimicrobial shield that stops bacterial and fungal growth that might cause infections.
