Ecos MDF Passivating Primer

Just one coat absorbs and neutralises formaldehyde and VOCs in MDF and plywood. This paint contains a special silicate which neutralises formaldehyde and other VOCs. It is made to adhere to "wood" surfaces and needs only one application. Apply to bare MDF or plywood. The primer absorbs formaldehyde vapours and other VOCs from MDF and plywood down to approximately one part per million. Make sure that all bare surfaces are covered. Coverage is approximately 12 sq m per litre per coat. Slight discolouration of this white paint may occur with some grades of MDF but this does not affect its performance. The Primer can be covered with a top coat of Ecos Gloss, satin gloss or Feng Shui. White sample pot available.

The delivery charge on paint and all Ecos products is £9.60 for 1-15 litres, £19.20 for 16-30 litres and £28.80 for 31-45 litres. If you are ordering more than 45 litres the additional charge will be £9.60 for every 1 – 15 litres.
The delivery charge will be calculated automatically at the Check Out. However, if you require delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or anywhere off the mainland, we will advise you of the delivery charge before ordering your paint. Please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery although most orders will arrive in 24 - 48hrs. Please remember to order carefully as paints are mixed up to order and cannot be returned.
