The Green People Natural Self Tan Lotion is the ideal way to achieve a perfect non-streaky tan without any UV exposure or chemical treatment. When applied Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), derived from sugar, reacts with amino acid in the outer layer of your skin. This forms brown pigments that give the appearance of a non-streaky, natural sun tan. It is non greasy and made from 89% organic ingredients. This ensures that it is wonderfully gentle and safe for your skin.
For best results we recommend exfoliating first with a sugar scrub. Then apply in circular motions to avoid any streaking. After applying wash your hands and wait for ten minutes until getting dressed.
The tan will take two to three hours to develop. To maintain your tan re-apply after three days.
The Green People Natural Self Tan does not contain any UV filters. Always use a sun lotion like the Green People Natural Sun Lotion SPF15 when going out in the sun.

"Having tried numerous self-tan brands over the last 10 years I became incredibly frustrated that I would develop a rash on my legs each time I used them. I would avoid shaving for some days before and after I used these products and tried aloe vera to numb any irritation. This had no effect. I also use organic products to reduce any possible irritations/side effects.
Imagine my delight when I used Green People Self-Tan!!! I know your product contains rosehip and many other healthy ingredients and can't tell you how happy I am to finally be able to use a self-tan product on my legs without living in fear of the after-rash! "Each year I purchase your after sun as both my husband and I love it, it’s definitely the best after sun we have ever used. This year I am using your sunless tanner and I must say that this is also the best I have ever used!
Unlike other fake tans, of which I have tried countless products, yours does not settle into my pores giving me a freckled / blackhead effect. It does not bring me out in any rashes or clog up my skin, nor does it have that tell-tale fake tan smell. It doesn’t rub off on my clothes or my bed sheets and fades gradually over a week or so without that patchy ankles and wrists look that so many other tans leave you with.
Best of all the morning after application my husband always comments, ‘I like that tan stuff you use, it gives you a lovely glowing colour’, which makes me feel really good about myself. Thanks Green People for another wonderful product staple!"
