The Exquisit Wool Filled Duvet 7.5 Tog

Wool has been used for thousands of years for its high insulating capacity, its ability to respond to body temperature, and its ability to absorb up to 30% of its own weight of moisture and release it slowly. This makes it ideal in all temperatures as it helps to keep the sleeping environment warm.

This soft pure wool filled duvet has a quilted Medicott processed cotton cover, and a filling of pure new wool. The wool has been scoured using natural soap and water and comes from sheep that have never been dipped. It is white, bleached with eco-friendly hydrogen peroxide, but otherwise untreated.

It can be machine washed at up to 40C to keep it clean. Hang to dry. Air well and regularly and wash as infrequently as possible as frequent washing will reduce the life of the duvet.

medicott® Process
All Brinkhaus cotton is treated with the medicott process to eliminate any chance of fungal attack. This process is a non fungicidal, non microbial treatment which does away with chemicals and treats cotton in an entirely ecological way to render it resistant to fungal attack. You don't see this care of the product, but it is there!
