Masks can be useful for protection of various kinds including pollen, airborne particles, chemicals, biological contaminants and viruses. Higher levels of efficiency are achieved with a better face seal.
All our masks will filter anthrax which has a large particle. The higher the standard the less inward leakage, but it is always dependant upon concentration of the particular contaminant.
P1 filters 85% allowing up to 15 % leakage, P2 no more than 10% leakage, P3 - no more than 5% inward leakage.
The High Efficiency Pharmaceutical mask is a new mask HEPHE3V which replaces the former HEPHM. It is a white mask with an exhalation valve which makes it easier to exhale through. |
