The Bodyclock Advanced is not a bright light, but a fully integrated dawn simulator brightening over a period which can be customised from 15 - 90 minutes. It includes a lamp with a built in dimmer so it also serves as a bedside light. It has an optional audible alarm and snooze option to reassure you.

It has a sunset mode to help you get to sleep by fading down to complete darkness or can be set to fade to 10%- great for sending children to sleep. This unit also has a security option, which switches the light on and off at random intervals (ideal when you are away from home), low brightness LED and a power fail back-up.
