Ok. My child age 2 suffers at night and providing I get the creams right the pyjamas are great. They are nice and thin so when it is warm they are great. Even when she is itchy with them she doesn't seem to do too much damage. They wouldn't be any good if you need to use a thick emolliant with them as the cream has to be absorbed before wearing. They do seem to get tatty quick but I don't think it makes them any less effective.
