DermaSilk Knitted Silk Tubular Sleeves

These sleeves can be used to cover either your elbows or your knees. They come in one size only and are made of 98% DermaSilk plus 2% lycra. Although the sleeves contain 2% lycra the individual lycra fibres are spun with a double helix of DermaSilk threads around them. This means that when the lycra stretches, it remains fully encased in DermaSilk and out of contact with the skin.
