Sprung Mattress (Medium Firm)

 

Our medium firm sprung mattress is filled with borax treated cotton and covered in pre-washed Oeko-tex standard 100 cotton. A standard king size mattress contains 325 - 13.5 gauge open coil springs. A heavy round wire edge surrounds both sides of the unit. The upholstery consists of 142g/sq m of coir fibre on both surfaces covered with 142g/sq m of cotton felt. The border, handles and tufts are all 100% cotton. There are vents on each side to allow the mattress to breathe. It should be placed on a slatted base and turned on a regular basis. 5-year guarantee.

The carriage charged is a contribution to our cost. Alternatively you may arrange to pick a mattress up from our manufacturer in Manchester. A sample of the material is available for testing.
