Better to be Safe than Sorry

It is great that chemical exposure is finally being recognised as a potential health risk for unborn babies. It is important to remember that humans are exposed to these everyday chemicals in our every day household products for our entire lives. There is bound to be an accumulated effect of the exposure to these chemicals that builds up in the body.
The recent report on Chemical Exposures During Pregnancy (Scientific Impact Paper 37) brought to light some areas of concern without suggesting viable alternatives of which there are many. To read the full report please click here.
