Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

AnchorLight Box Rental

  1. The rental period shall be for a minimum of one month.
  2. If you have chosen a VAT exempt rental, you must read and confirm the VAT exempt terms at the Checkout.
  3. If you wish to subsequently purchase the light box you have rented, the first month's rent will be applied against the full price of the light box.
  4. You are responsible for paying the return postage.
  5. You are responsible for returning the light box to us so that we receive it within two days of your rental period ending. You are responsible for notifying us that the light box is being returned. This must be done prior to the end of the month or another month's rental will be charged.
  6. The light box must be sent back to The Healthy House in its original packaging including its outer box. Please be sure that it is packaged securely, with the plug covered and kept away from damaging the light box in transit.
  7. Please be sure that the light box is covered by insurance should it be damaged in transit or go astray.
  8. By renting this item, you agree to commence the services as soon as you receive the item. In the event of cancellation, you will still be liable for reasonable costs for the period that the service has been enjoyed - calculated pro rata with the overall length of the charging period. 
  9. Payment for rental must be by credit or debit card on the understanding that if we do not receive the light box back or if it is returned damaged the customer will be charged for the full retail price of the unit or, if applicable, for the cost of repair. If it is returned late, we reserve the right to charge you for another full month's rental - this process would continue until we received the item back.
  10. Since payments on our website are on a secure site we do not have access to your card details. When we receive an order for rental we will phone you on your daytime number to obtain your card details.
  11. If the light box gets damaged in transit it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the carrier. 

 

AnchorMeter Rental

  1. The rental period shall be for a minimum of one week.
  2. The meter will be sent by next day delivery so that the week will be calculated from its scheduled delivery date.
  3. If you wish to prolong the rental period for another week, please notify The Healthy House by email or telephone on the last day of the current rental period.
  4. You are responsible for paying the return postage.
  5. You are responsible for returning the meter to us so that we receive it within two days of your rental period ending. 
  6. You are responsible for notifying us if the meter is not being returned so that another week's rental can be charged. Should we not receive the meter back within two days of your rental period ending you will be charged for a further week.
  7. The meter must be sent back to The Healthy House in its original packaging including its outer box and any inserts that came with it.
  8. Please be sure that the meter is covered by insurance should it be damaged in transit or go astray.
  9. Payment for rental must be by credit or debit card on the understanding that if we do not receive the meter back or if it is returned damaged the customer will be charged for the full retail price of the unit or, if applicable, for the cost of repair. If it is returned late, we reserve the right to charge you for another full week's rental.   10. If the meter gets damaged in return transit it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the Post Office or carrier. 
  11. By renting this item, you agree to begin the use of the item as soon as it is received, and there is no 14-day right to cancellation of this service or right to refund.

 

AnchorRaycop Rental

  1. A £10.00 deposit is included in the price of the rental. This will be refunded if the unit is returned completely clean and ready for re-assignment.
  2. The rental period shall be for a minimum of one week.
  3. The Raycop must be returned undamaged, cleaned, in its original packaging (including outer box) and include the original instructions.
  4. You are responsible for paying the return postage.
  5. For periods of more than 1 week the contract is renewable for each 1 week period.
  6. The customer is responsible for returning the Raycop on the last day of the rental contract.
  7. Please be sure that the Raycop is packaged securely and is covered by insurance should it be damaged in return transit or go missing.
  8. Payment for rental must be by credit or debit card on the understanding that if we do not receive the Raycop back or if it is returned damaged the customer will be debited for the full retail price of the unit or, if applicable, for the cost of repair. If it is returned late, we reserve the right to charge you for another full week's rental. This process would continue until we received the item back. Since payments on our website are on a secure site we do not have access to your card details. When we receive an order for rental we will phone you on your daytime number to obtain your card details.
  9. If the Raycop gets damaged in return transit it is the responsibility of the customer to claim the compensation from the carrier.
  10. By renting this item, you agree to begin the use of the item as soon as it is received, and there is no 14-day right to cancellation of this service or right to refund.
