Thank you very much. It was an irritation but your customer service is really excellent. I am pleased to report that one of the air purifiers I bought was a Christmas present for my 71 year old Mum. She had asthma as a child which stopped when she was 8 but it has just come back. The asthma was so bad and she was getting really fed up, finally deciding that she must be getting old and should slow down, so I gave her the present early.
